Stress can fill our buckets which can cause us to be in the primitive brain where we feel unable to cope with life. This can lead to overwhelm, avoidance, over thinking and anger. Whilst we may not be able to control some of the things that happen to us, hypnotherapy can help us control how we think about them and how we choose to respond  to them. It can also get our sleep back on track.

 

Whilst we may not be able to control the amount of stress we have at certain points in our lives, we can definitely choose to manage it in a positive way. This includes ensuring we get adequate sleep for emotional regulation as well as increasing our levels of serotonin to aid our overall happiness. Hypnotherapy helps us to cope with stress and any challenges that we may face through rewiring the brain and putting us back in control.
